My name is Diana McKenzie
Diana McKenzie is the Director and Registered Manager of Dynamic Care Solutions Ltd. Diana is also a Nurse with over 19 years of experience in the field nursing where she also holds a second registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), as a Specialist Community Public health Nurse (SCPHN) for occupational health services. She began her career as a registered general nurse, working in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals A &E departments, clinics, long term care facilities, and also in corporate settings as an Occupational Health Advisor & Manager.

In her role as a registered nurse, Diana gained extensive experience in providing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. She also developed strong skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication that she uses to provide healthcare advice to large and small companies, managers, supervisors and their employees.
After several years as a registered nurse, Diana transitioned to the role of a businesswoman and entrepreneur. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the delivery of home care services to clients with a variety of needs. Diana ensures that her team of caregivers provides high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each client. She also works closely with clients and their families to develop and implement care plans that promote independence and quality of life.
